Merhaba* lovelies!
Okay, so lately there's been a lot of hype from beauty gurus talking about the two cleansers, Purity Made Simple by philosophy and the Soy Face Cleanser by fresh. The only thing that was right to do to figure out which one was a better cleanser, was to buy both and try them out. So I did.
Soy Face Cleanser by fresh.
This cleanser is a bliss to have. It's super soft on the skin, because of the added rosewater, amino acids, and cucumber extracts in it. All of which are beneficial for keeping the skin looking super healthy. This cleanser is capable to remove make-up as well, but since it's a soft gel, it doesn't full remove all make-up; it does need a make-up remover afterwards. The price is $38 US for a 5.1oz tube.
Purity Made Simple cleanser by philosophy
This cleanser is an absolute beauty. It removes face make-up effortlessly and makes the skin feeling super soft once all dried up. I do remove my make-up with a make-up remover afterward, just of habit, to get any mascara or eyeliner buildup removed.Having oily skin, I tend to need a deeper cleanser, but this is lightweight and removes all excess oils on my skin. Using a toner, serum, oil, or a moisturizer is still necessary to keep the skin looking fresh, healthy, and smooth. It has a soft spa-like scent, though it is noted to be fragrance free. The price is $24 US for 8oz bottle.
Each of the cleansers have something wonderful about them that makes it hard to choose. They are both gentle enough to use around the eyes, which I find that a bonus, not all cleansers are good for that. Some even go for both, using the Soy cleanser in the morning, as it leaves smooth skin perfect for no-make up, or with makeup application; and also using the Purity cleanser at night to completely remove any makeup and the oils within the day. I honestly do believe that it comes down to personal preference, or the price-point fact.
Comment below to let me know if one of these is your favourite cleanser, or if you use a different one that's just as great!
Much love, stay classy, and be delightful!
